We visit all our customers every two weeks to ensure you never run out of water and the coolers are well maintained.
This dedication to service and product quality ensures that we meet your individual requirements with helpful and friendly staff.
Watercooler installation is carried out by dedicated and fully trained field service engineers, these carefully selected staff are employed to concentrate on the professional installation of the Watercoolers whether it is a bottled Watercooler or a Plumbed in Watercooler (POU).
Water deliveries and the thirteen weekly sanitisation of the Watercooler are completed by our own Route Sales Managers (RSM's) or Field Service Engineers (FSE's) from five regional distribution centres. This ensures our guaranteed next day delivery service promise is met and that all customer expectations are satisfied with a complete and professional delivery service.
